On Friday, June 17, 2011, the Jefferson City Area Board of REALTORS held a Habitat Build Day at 802 E. McCarty St. This event was held in recognition of Homeownership Month in June.We enjoyed the opportunity to give a deserving family in our community a "hand-up" in homeownership and to also learn what makes this home “green”.  It is the first remodel to be certified green in MO under the National Association of Home Builders Green Standard.
